Trainers, the Solstice Horizons is a new event introduced in Pokemon Go, featuring different encounters during the day and night, Special Research, event-exclusive bonuses, other Pokemon in Raids, new Field Research tasks and encounters, and two different Collection Challenges.

The Solstice Horizons offers players to get two Comsog. Well, the first Cosmog is for free, and for the second you must get a ticket and complete the Starry Skies Special Research once again.

The Field Research tasks, and the Collection Challenges are not that hard to complete, so make sure to complete all tasks, and get yourself a Fomantis, and a Shiny Fomantis.

Trainers, Nihilego takes over five-star Raids, and our job is to battle and catch this Ultra Beast. Defeating Nihilego can also lead you to a shiny encounter.

Nihilego, the Parasite Pokemon made its Pokemon Go debut in five-star Raids on June 5, 2022, and now the Ultra Beast is back, available to battle and catch in five-star Raids. Shiny Nihilego is also available, but the chances of getting a Shiny Nihilego are very low. But that’s not the case with one dedicated Pokemon Go player, who successfully defeated Nihilego using only one Pokemon as a counter, and was lucky enough to get a Shiny Nihilego.

Cmillan1 is the Pokemon Go player who beat Nihilego in five-star Raids, using only Primal Groudon. At the end of the battle, the game rewarded him with a Shiny Nihilego encounter, which ended up in his PokeDex.

Trainers, the next event in Pokemon Go starts this weekend, and you can complete the new Special Research featuring Cosmog.

The Starry Skies is a new Special Research introduced in Pokemon Go as part of the Solstice Horizons event. Pokemon Go players can complete two different Collection Challenges, Daytime, and Nighttime. Players can also encounter different Pokemon during the Day and Night in the wild, enjoy the event-exclusive bonuses, and complete the free Special Research for one Cosmog. You can also play through the Special Research for a second time ($5) and get a second Cosmog.

Pokemon Go players can get two Cosmog this event, one for free and the other via pay-to-play Special Research. The Starry Skies Research offers different rewards such as Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Galarian Slowpoke, Starmie, Metang, and Inkay. Players must play during the specified time to receive all the special event bonuses.

The Starry Skies Special Research has four steps, and players can choose different paths. Yes, that’s right, there are branching quests one must complete and choose a path.

There was one in particular that caught my eye: a map of the skies showing the exact position of the stars today!

It made me wonder if this is a purely informational map, or if it points toward something special.

Seeing as the stars are our inspiration, how about we focus on either diurnal Pokemon – meaning Pokemon that are active during the day – or their opposite, nocturnal Pokemon?

You don’t see that every day.

I recall Rhi mentioning that Cosmog’s gaseous body can be blown away by the slightest breeze, but it doesn’t seem to care.

Even so, we can’t just leave it be. You’d better hurry and catch that Cosmog before it blows into some trouble!

Trainers, one of the most anticipated events in Pokemon Go is the Go Fest 2023 event. This year Go Fest will take place in London, NYC, and Osaka. The Global Go Fest event is scheduled for the last weekend in August 2023.

Pokemon Go Fest 2023 will take place in three different cities. The London, England, and Osaka, Japan, Go Fest 2023 experience starts on August 4, 5, and 6, 2023, while the New York City, USA Go Fest 2023 starts on August 18, 19, and 20, 2023. The Pokemon Go Global Fest 2023 starts on August 26-27, 2023.

The Pokemon Go Fest 2023 brings a lot of cool, new stuff into the game. Pokemon Go players can catch Diancie, Carbink, battle, and catch Mega Rayquaza, and enjoy the event-exclusive bonuses.

As we mentioned above, Go Fest 2023 is one of the most anticipated events throughout the year. Niantic and Pokemon Go confirmed Osaka, Japan Go Fest 2023 sold out, and the NYC/London discounted early bird pricing is still available until June 15, 2023.

Starting June 21st, 2023, and ending June 25th, 2023, Trainers will have the chance to save Shadow Regirock from Giovanni, through a Special Research story that will be available at the beginning of the event. The Special Research story will be claimable until the end of the current season. Trainers, we are days away from a very exciting event, and that event is Solstice Horizon. Starting June 16th, 2023, and ending June 25th, 2023,

Trainers will have the unique chance to encounter the following Pokemon during the day: Ledyba, Murkrow, Solrock, Drifloo,n Purrloin, Sewaddle, Cottonee, Petilil, Fomantis (shiny alert!), and Hisuian Sneasel. The Pokemon that will be appearing in the wild during nighttime are Oddish, Spinarak, Misdreavus, Lunatone, Stunky, Venipede, Foongus, Phantump, Fomantis, and Sneasel. Finally, there will be a free Special Research during the event titled Starry Skies. This research will be available to everyone that has logged in during the event days and is Level five and above.

There is even an option to get the Special Research again, for $5. The featured encounter for this Special Research is Cosmog. After Trainers obtain the event, they can complete it whenever they want. There will be a “promotion” of the new Pokemon Go Web Store, where Trainers can buy the Solstice special bundle, which includes: three Remote Raid passes, nine Super Incubators, and nine Golden Razz Berries. During the whole event, the bonuses that will be active are: 2x Stardust for catching Pokemon, Lunatone, and Solrock will be appearing in the wild during the event.

In One-Star Raids, the Pokemon that will be featured as Raid Bosses are Sneasel, Rockruff, Hisuian Sneasel, and  Fomantis. In Three-Star Raids: Noctowl, Espeon, Umbreon, and Staraptor. In Five-Star Raids, the Pokemon that will be featured as a Raid Boss is Nihilego, while the Mega Raid Boss will be Mega Sceptile. Fomantis will be one of the Pokemon that will be featured as an event-exclusive Field Research encounter, among other Pokemon. Fomantis will also be featured as a reward for completing the event-exclusive Collection Challenge.

The Japanese Niantic Help Twitter account accidentally leaked the next event in Pokemon Go and the return of Cosmog in the game. According to a now-deleted tweet, Cosmog returns to Pokemon Go during the Solstice Horizons event.

The tweet confirms Cosmog can be encountered for free and by completing a paid Special Research story.
